Environmental Services Technician

Atrium Health is seeking an Environmental Services Technician in Charlotte, NC, to provide exceptional service by cleaning and sanitizing areas, following safety standards, and supporting patients and families. Candidates should have at least one year of healthcare experience, be able to lift 50 lbs, and possess good communication skills. The role requires adherence to infection control protocols and maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities:
Maintain a commitment to providing exceptional service to patients, families, and communities.
Follow safety and environmental standards and procedures.
Clean and sanitize rooms and other designated areas according to standard cleaning protocols.
Lift and move up to 50 lbs as needed.
Monitor and restock supplies and materials for cleaning.
Report hazardous conditions to the appropriate personnel.
Follow infection control and safety protocols.
Adhere to Atrium Health policies and procedures.
Maintain a tidy and safe work environment.
Provide excellent customer service and communication with patients, families, and colleagues.
