About the position

SCS Engineers is seeking an Environmental Services Leader to join their team in Yukon, OK. This full-time position focuses on business development and operational growth within the Environmental Services (ES) Practice, serving the industrial/commercial and real estate markets. The role involves project management, mentoring staff, and ensuring high-quality service delivery while contributing to the strategic direction of the company.

Responsibilities
• Lead business development efforts to grow the Environmental Services Practice.

• Manage and mentor Environmental Services staff.

• Oversee project management responsibilities, including Profit/Loss management.

• Develop new and existing client relationships.

• Collaborate with national technical experts to enhance service offerings.

• Review RFPs and assist with proposal drafting and go/no go decisions.

• Contribute to environmental due diligence and compliance efforts.

Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an environmental-related science or engineering field.

• 10+ years of related work experience.

• 5+ years of experience in an environmental consulting firm.

• Business development experience in the Oklahoma market.

• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
