Managed by Ebenezer, we host 59 units among our Independent/Assisted Living and Memory care residential settings. We are looking for a Environmental Services Director to join our team to provide general oversight and maintenance of property or properties (building & grounds) including all major utility, life safety and security systems. Supervises maintenance and housekeeping staff. Ensures 24/7 emergency On-Call response per rotating schedule.

This environmental managment schedule includes;
• 80 hours every two weeks ; full time
• Day Shift
• Weekends as needed ; On Call for Emergencies

Responsibilities
• Provides general oversight and maintenance of property, including all major utility, life safety and security systems
• Supervises maintenance and housekeeping staff
• Ensures timely and efficient turnover of apartments
• Provides 24/7 emergency On-Call response per rotating schedule
• Promotes a safe environment for staff, tenants and visitors

Required Qualifications
• High school Diploma/GED
• Special Class C Boiler Operator’s License or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire
• Current Driver’s License (in good standing)
• Must be insurable under the employer’s/communities Auto Insurance Coverage
• MN Only: Medical Examiner’s Certificate performed by a medical examiner listed on the National Registry of Certified Medical Examiners under subpart D of part 390 of this chapter indicating they are physically capable of driving a CMV. • Three to five years of previous experience
• Organizational skills and attention to accuracy & detail
• High level of customer services and interpersonal skills
• Ability to be on call at least 50% of non-scheduled work time each month

Preferred Qualifications
• Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree - Industrial energy or related field
• Five to ten years of previous experience
• Ability to use MS Office software (Word, Excel)
