EnSafe is accepting applications for a Geologist or Environmental Scientist based out of EnSafe's Cincinnati, Ohio office.

What We Are Looking For
As a Geologist or Environmental Scientist, you will work on projects ranging from site investigations to regulatory compliance tasks, feasibility studies, and remedial design implementation. What You Will Be Doing:
• Project management
• Prepare Work Plans, Environmental Site Assessment Reports, and Safety Plans
• Conduct site investigation activities (soil, groundwater, indoor air (VI), soil gas, groundwater, and stormwater sampling)
• Plan and manage all aspects of Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments
• Field documentation and writing technical reports
• Develop technical recommendations for site assessment/remedial activities
• Client management
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in geology, environmental science, or a related discipline
• Minimum 5 years experience
• HAZWOPER training and certification
• Experience with multi-media environmental sampling
• Experience with RCRA and CERCLA processes (RI/FS, RD/RA)
• Understanding of Federal facility policies, procedures, and regulations
• Knowledge of stormwater compliance laws and policies (SWPP and SPCC plans)
• Staff management and supervisory experience
• Proven project management experience
• Ability to travel regionally including occasional overnight travel
• Ability to work 30% in the field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ideally, you'll also have:
• Geologist (P.G.), or CHMM
• Environmental investigation experience
• Environmental consulting experience
