Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Environmental Remediation Specialist to join our team at The Mold Pros Inc. As an Environmental Remediation Specialist, you will be responsible for inspecting buildings for moisture damage, performing air quality sampling, and restoring properties damaged by fire, water, mold, or natural disasters.

Your duties will include:
• Inspecting building interiors and exteriors for signs of moisture damage
• Conducting air quality sampling to identify potential health hazards
• Developing and implementing remediation plans to restore properties to their original condition
• Ensuring all work is performed efficiently and in accordance with company protocols
• Collaborating with project managers to communicate project details to clients

To be successful as an Environmental Remediation Specialist, you must have:
• Prior restoration experience preferred but not required
• The ability to operate hand tools and equipment
• Knowledge of environmental remediation techniques and best practices
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• A clean driving record and willingness to travel overnight when necessary

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $15 to $18 per hour for technicians 1 and up to $22 per hour for technicians 2 depending on experience and certification.
