About the Role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Geo-environmental Consultant to support our expanding Land Quality Team.

The team works closely with geotechnical, engineering and ground investigation specialists to provide technical excellence and sustainable solutions to clients across various industries.

The role is based in Manchester, with opportunities for remote work. It will be predominantly office-based, with some fieldwork expected as part of the position.
Key Responsibilities
• To contribute to providing technical excellence and sustainable solutions to clients across various industries.
• To work closely with geotechnical, engineering and ground investigation specialists to deliver high-quality projects.
• To collaborate on contaminated land risk assessments, ground gas design and verification, remediation options appraisals and strategies, material and soil waste management, permits, and other related tasks.

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant industry.
• A relevant degree.
• A good understanding of land contamination risk assessment.
• Proactive and positive attitude.
• Problem-solving ability.
• Desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Full and clean driving license.
