Responsibilities
• Serve as a senior-level analyst and advisor for environmental compliance reviews.

• Analyze proposed actions to determine the appropriate level of NEPA documentation.

• Complete environmental compliance reviews for both disaster and non-disaster programs.

• Conduct training and outreach to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements
• One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the IC-11 level in the Federal government, demonstrating skills in evaluating impacts to environmental or historic resources.

• Experience coordinating with internal and external partners to provide technical guidance.

• Ability to write standard operating procedures, guidance documents, or consultation letters related to environmental compliance.

• For IC-13 level: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the IC-12 level, including drafting and reviewing environmental policies and impact statements.

• Experience leading or directing work to ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
