Risk Management Experts Needed!
HSE Engineers are required to support project teams in conducting risk assessments, preparing method statements, and implementing control measures to mitigate risks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in occupational health and safety, environmental engineering, or a related field, with at least 5-10 years of relevant experience in the oil and gas industry. ADNOC HSE approval is mandatory for this role.

About This Job:
As an HSE Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining HSE management systems. You will conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards. Additionally, you will provide technical guidance to operational teams on safe work practices and emergency response procedures.

Duties:
• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance
• Support project teams in conducting risk assessments and preparing method statements
• Participate in incident investigations and develop corrective action plans
• Provide technical guidance to operational teams on safe work practices and emergency response procedures

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in health, safety, and environmental management within the oil and gas industry
• ADNOC HSE approval is mandatory
• Knowledge of ADNOC regulations and requirements
• Familiarity with risk assessment methodologies and HSE management systems (e.g., ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001)
