KOMAN Eco Services, LLC is hiring an Environmental Project Manager for Robins AFB in Warner Robins, GA. The role involves managing projects for the Department of Defense, overseeing teams, and ensuring quality and compliance with delivery schedules. KOMAN Eco Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in environmental engineering to support our contracts with the Department of Defense at Robins Air Force Base in Georgia.

Essential Functions:
• This position manages and directs daily tasks required to perform one or more small task orders.
• Directs, oversees and manages a team of multi-disciplinary personnel to achieve specific tasks.
• Performs day-to-day management of assigned projects that involve teams of engineers, scientists, field staff, and/or others
• Coordinates and manages the planning and execution of all activities for assigned delivery order projects.
• This position is responsible for the overall quality of work performed in task area and is responsible for the preparation of milestone charts and other production status reports to ensure compliance with delivery schedules.
• The position requires strong written and oral communication skills and experience with Air Force technical orders, as well as other technical documents, processes, and specifications.
• Responsible for leading exceptional teams to deliver successful projects for our clients. The Project Manager will engage internally throughout the organization with staff at all levels, and externally with clients, members of business and professional organizations, regulatory agencies, subconsultants, and other firms. Specific responsibilities of a PMIII include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Define project objectives, establish procedures, and set performance standards while leading multi-disciplinary teams through proposals, planning studies, feasibility, and final designs.
• Develop and manage the approved scope, budget, and schedule from start to finish on multiple projects simultaneously.
• Identify appropriate resources and skill sets to achieve project objectives as well as manage contract terms, track and manage costs and schedules, and implement measures necessary to stay on schedule and within budget.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field is required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) certification is required.
• 8 years of relevant work experience is required.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are required to develop and maintain relationships with clients, internal staff/departments, and outside agencies
• Flexible to adapt to evolving project requirements and client requests
• Capable of managing multiple projects and personnel simultaneously
• High level of professionalism and discretion with sensitive data
• Strong working knowledge of standard PC software (Excel, Word, Project, Access, PowerPoint)
• Highly proficient in advanced functions of Excel required
