About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Crew Leader. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of others and the environment.

You will be responsible for leading a team of young adults on conservation projects, facilitating daily lessons, and ensuring the physical and emotional welfare of your crew. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the outdoors, excellent leadership skills, and experience working with young adults.

In addition to leading conservation projects, you will also have the opportunity to develop your own leadership skills through feedback from NYC staff and challenges to develop your skills within the program.
