Project Manager - Control

We are seeking a highly skilled project manager to oversee the control aspects of our projects within the Water Environmental and Energy Transition Regional Service Line.
• Develop and Implement Project Plans: Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor and Report on Project Performance: Regularly review project performance data, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
• Manage Stakeholder Expectations: Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, project managers, and team members, to ensure their expectations are met.

This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree (minimum) in Project Management, Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management preferably within the water environmental or energy sectors.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management/reporting software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, PowerBI).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
