This role involves leading projects related to environmental investigations, including wetland delineation, permitting, agency coordination, non-environmental tasks, inspections, or site assessments. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing and pricing project scopes, coordinating fieldwork, and managing subcontractors.

Key Responsibilities:
">
• Knowledge of applicable regulations, including wetland and permitting laws, as well as NEPA screening tools.">
• Detailed understanding of regulatory requirements and limitations for wetlands data analysis.">
• Independently complete site review, desktop analysis, conduct field studies, prepare project reports, and discuss findings with stakeholders, clients, and regulatory agencies.">
• Detailed knowledge of environmental regulations for project jurisdictions, site vegetation, soils, and hydrology.">
• Understanding of regulatory requirements during data analysis to evaluate potential permitting needs.">
• Plan, coordinate, communicate, and facilitate activities across multiple disciplines on projects from conception through completion.">
• Advanced report and permit writing skills.">
• Proficiency in client and agency interactions, including phone and email communication.">
• Ensure project success through collaboration and coordination with internal and external clients, maximizing project profitability and meeting targets.">
• Participate in leadership development programs to contribute to the organization's growth while advancing leadership skills.

Required Experience:

• 8+ years of Natural Resource experience.">
• CPSS Certification.">
• Supervisory experience preferred.">
• Business development experience preferred.
