Project Manager for Federal Services

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented professional to join our federal services unit environment and energy team. In this role, you will play a critical part in project planning, financial tracking, procurement, quality control, and reporting to our project management team.

Main Responsibilities:
• Partner with Project Managers in the development and oversight of project documentation and planning, including scope definition, scheduling, and performance reporting.
• Lead and advise on key operational aspects such as financial oversight, budget tracking, supporting invoice development, and review of invoices prior to submission.
• Coordinate procurement strategies to support technical scopes of work.
• Analyze project performance metrics, track critical milestones, and proactively identify potential risks or delays.
• Ensure project compliance with applicable quality standards and government property regulations.
• Support strategic project pursuits by preparing customized documentation and contributing insights to proposals.
• Exercise judgment in managing and escalating scope changes, RFIs, submittals, and other contractual communications.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years of related experience.
• Domestic and/or international travel may be required.
