Description:

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Project Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental systems design, scientific analysis, field engineering support, or quality control.

This role is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and implementation of environmental remediation and hazardous waste management projects.

In this position, you will:
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Superintendent, as well as Health and Safety, Quality Control, Project Controls, Estimating, and Contracts representatives to ensure project progress and compliance with regulatory codes and standards.
• Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Prepare, review, and issue project and field submittals, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and colleagues to ensure understanding and alignment on project goals and objectives.
• Support the identification, assessment, and mitigation of technical, operational, and business risks associated with project implementation.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of industry trends, developments, and best practices to continuously improve services.
• Prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality results.
