As an Environmental Programs Manager based in Abu Dhabi for our confidential multinational corporation, you will be responsible for spearheading and overseeing environmental initiatives and projects. Your role will involve developing strategies to enhance environmental performance, ensuring compliance with regulations, and fostering sustainable practices throughout the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
• Program Development: Design and implement environmental programs focused on energy efficiency, waste management, and resource conservation.
• Project Management: Lead and coordinate environmental projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Compliance Oversight: Ensure the organization adheres to environmental regulations, standards, and certifications.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor and assess environmental performance metrics, and prepare detailed reports for executive management.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive environmental initiatives and gather feedback.
• Awareness and Training: Develop training programs to promote environmental best practices and increase employee engagement.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience in managing environmental programs or projects within a multinational setting.
• Strong understanding of environmental regulations, energy management, and sustainability practices.
• Excellent project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in environmental reporting tools and software.
