About the Role:
The Senior Environmental Planner is a critical position within our environmental planning group, responsible for managing the preparation of complex environmental impact assessments and reports. This role requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and manage CEQA & NEPA documents for various projects
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of assigned sector teams
• Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address project challenges
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science or related field
• Minimum 10 years of experience in environmental planning, technical writing, and regulatory permitting requirements
• Strong understanding of CEQA and NEPA regulations and procedures
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
