Description

The Environmental Planner / Project Manager will play a crucial role in advancing our water practice within our Northern California offices. This position requires an individual with intellectual curiosity and proactivity, capable of performing and sometimes leading multi-faceted analyses related to environmental compliance for water resource projects. With a focus on collaboration, delivery, and client service, this mid-level role will work on a variety of water-related initiatives, contributing to the management of hundreds of projects that positively impact water resources throughout California.

Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and support for junior staff, reviewing their work and offering constructive feedback
• Lead marketing efforts for selected projects, crafting scopes of work and budgets for proposals

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in environmental planning, policy, science, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in environmental compliance evaluations
• Experience managing water-related projects is preferred
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary environment
