Environmental Planner/Project Manager

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Environmental Planner/Project Manager in Chico, CA. The role involves managing CEQA/NEPA projects, conducting impact analyses, and overseeing document preparation. Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Planner/Project Manager to manage various environmental planning projects. You will be responsible for managing and preparing CEQA and NEPA documents, conducting and overseeing impact analysis, report preparation, document review, business development, and client care. You will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team on diverse projects throughout California.

Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with our multidisciplinary staff of environmental planners, biologists, archaeologists, paleontologists, air quality/greenhouse gas specialists, and noise/energy specialists to identify project requirements and develop solutions to meet federal, state, and local environmental regulations.
• Prepare and manage environmental documentations for a wide variety of projects.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, prepare effective proposals, and actively develop new business with new and existing clients.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Environmental Planning, Urban Planning, Environmental Science, Environmental Policy, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience preparing CEQA/NEPA environmental documents.
• 1+ years of experience managing projects.
• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in the CEQA process and California environmental and regulatory setting.
• Experience with Caltrans requirements and resource agency permitting (U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, California Department of Fish and Wildlife, and Regional Water Quality Control Board).
