ERM International Group is seeking an Environmental Impact Assessment Lead in Trenton, NJ. The role involves leading a technical team to expand the Impact Assessment & Planning service area, developing strategic business plans, and fostering client relationships. Candidates should have a degree in a related field, over 6 years of consulting experience, and a proven record of business growth in New Jersey.
ERM is seeking an experienced Environmental Impact Assessment Lead to join their team in New Jersey. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of developing and implementing successful strategies to expand our Impact Assessment & Planning (IAP) service area and client base in the region.
About the Role

The Environmental Impact Assessment Lead will be responsible for leading a technical team to drive profitable growth across the IAP service lines (environmental impact assessment, land planning, facility siting & permitting, and water resources management) in New Jersey.
• Develop and implement strategic business/action plan, providing leadership and delivering performance results to expand ERM's IAP service area and client base in New Jersey.
• Serve as the leader of a technical team to drive profitable growth across the IAP service lines in New Jersey.
About You

We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, and booking personal sales in new IAP consulting services.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental studies, natural resources-related science, planning, geography, civil or environmental engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of consulting experience with DLRP and multi-media permitting.
• Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business growth strategies in New Jersey.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, and book personal sales in new IAP consulting services.
