Environmental Health and Safety Technician

Flex is hiring an Environmental Health and Safety Technician in Aguascalientes, Mexico. The role involves conducting site visits, developing risk mitigation strategies, performing audits for compliance, and providing training on EH&S policies. The technician will collaborate with operational teams to ensure safety and environmental standards are met. This is a full-time position with no degree required.
We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety Technician to join our team at Flex. As an EH&S technician, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations meet the highest standards of environmental health and safety.

Your key responsibilities will include:
• Conducting site visits to identify and evaluate potential hazards and risks
• Developing and implementing strategies to mitigate potential risks and improve overall EH&S performance
• Conducting regular audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
• Liaising with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions
• Providing training and support to employees on EH&S policies and procedures

You will be working closely with our operational teams to ensure that our facilities and operations meet the highest standards of safety and environmental responsibility.
