Job Title: Environmental Health and Safety Specialist

Reporting To: Manager, Mfg and Service Engrng

Work Schedule: Hybrid - Salt Lake City, UT

Minimum Requirements:
• BS in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Sciences or related field or equivalent experience
• Three (3) years' experience in an EHS role
• Experience with EPA, NFPA, OSHA regulations
• Ability to relocate to the Salt Lake City, UT area

Responsibilities:
• Lead the EHS program at the Salt Lake City facility.
• Oversee the following EHS Categories: Health and Safety, Environmental, Dangerous Goods Transportation, and Emergency Planning.
• Assess Federal and State regulations applicable to the facility and ensure they are met.
• Implement site-specific EHS programs.
• Implement action plans for audit findings and incident reports.
• Lead Safety committee and site emergency planning.
• Conduct site reviews of chemical handling, storage, and disposal.
• Review new products for environmental risks.

Salary Range Transparency: Salt Lake City, UT $70,000.00 - $115,000.00 Hourly

Salary Range Disclaimer: The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Moog salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Moog's total compensation package for employees.
