We are seeking an experienced HSE professional to join our team in Southwest Wyoming. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment for employees, customers, and the public. Your primary focus will be on conducting regular safety inspections and audits, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions to prevent accidents and injuries.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of MSHA and OSHA regulations and be able to communicate effectively with employees at all levels. You will also be responsible for collaborating with the Operations Management Team to resolve issues that arise and maintaining a positive team dynamic. Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop and implement safety training programs for employees.

• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, audits, and training sessions.
• Communicate effectively with employees, management, and regulatory agencies.
• Travel throughout the region up to 50% of the time.

Requirements and Qualifications:
• High School Degree/GED or equivalent experience.
• Two years of mining experience (MSHA) or two years of safety experience (OSHA).
• Able to work extended or on-call hours as needed.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Good organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Products.
