Job Description

Brunswick is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety Coordinator in Reynosa, Mexico. The role involves developing safety policies, conducting inspections, maintaining safety records, and training employees. Responsibilities:

Develop and implement safety policies and procedures for Brunswick's manufacturing operations that are in compliance with relevant safety regulations and standards.

Conduct safety inspections and assessments to identify potential hazards and areas of improvement in the workplace.

Create and maintain safety logs and records to track compliance with safety policies and regulations.

Monitor and enforce safety laws, regulations, and standards to ensure the safety of employees and visitors.

Train and educate employees on safety procedures and provide safety orientations for new employees.

Investigate incidents and accidents and recommend corrective actions.

Work with other departments to ensure safety awareness and compliance throughout the organization.

Research new safety technology and techniques to improve safety conditions.

Create and present safety-related reports and presentations to management.

Develop and maintain positive working relationships with external safety organizations.
