Responsibilities:

Lead and develop safety initiatives for the company in accordance with applicable regulations, standards, and best practices.

Develop and implement safety policies, procedures, and programs.

Monitor and inspect safety conditions, including equipment, materials, and the environment.

Investigate safety incidents and accidents, identify root causes, and recommend corrective action to prevent future incidents.

Provide safety training for employees and ensure that safety regulations are followed.

Provide technical advice and assistance to managers and supervisors regarding safety and health issues.

Liaise with external stakeholders such as government agencies to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Prepare reports and maintain records regarding safety compliance.

Monitor and review the effectiveness of safety initiatives and programs.

Provide excellent customer service to ensure a safe and positive experience with Bosch.
