Environmental Health Officer

About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly experienced Health and Environmental Manager to join our team. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing programs and procedures for all facilities that enhance EHS awareness and compliance with state and country regulations as well as corporate guidelines and policies.

Your primary focus will be on coordinating and leading site safety and health inspections and environmental audits, assessments, and industrial hygiene surveys to ensure that our operations meet the highest standards of excellence.
• Develop and implement programs and procedures for all facilities that enhance EHS awareness and compliance with state and country regulations as well as corporate guidelines and policies
• Coordinate and lead site safety and health inspections and environmental audits, assessments, and industrial hygiene surveys
• Establish and implement short and long-term organizational goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures to monitor and evaluate operational effectiveness
• Develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization to drive EHS excellence

Requirements
• Chemical/mechanical engineering Graduate
• Minimum 10-year-experience in EHS leader's roles, preferably in the automotive industry or similar
• Fluent English
• No restriction to travel
