Key Responsibilities

Immerse in client workflows to understand public health operations, focusing on environmental health programs

Identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement in client processes

Synthesize stakeholder input into coherent solution recommendations and lead discovery sessions

Required Qualifications

2+ years of experience in governmental public health (local, state, federal, or tribal)

Demonstrated understanding of complex systems and workflows

Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills

Experience translating between technical and non-technical audiences

Comfort with AI tools and large language models
