About the Role

A civil engineering firm is looking for an experienced Civil Engineer with environmental expertise to manage projects in land development, transportation, and environmental planning. This role includes overseeing environmental assessments, preparing regulatory documentation, and managing design projects.

Responsibilities
• Conduct and oversee environmental assessments to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Prepare and review environmental documentation, including impact statements.
• Manage projects to ensure completion on time and within budget.
• Develop engineering designs for roads, bridges, and utilities.
• Oversee land development projects, including site planning and drainage design.
• Design and manage transportation projects, including traffic analysis and roadway planning.
• Work with clients, stakeholders, and teams to deliver successful projects.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on environmental documentation, land development, and transportation.
• Knowledge of environmental regulations and standards.
• Strong project management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a team.

Preferred Qualifications
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and GIS.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license or ability to obtain one in Minnesota.
