We're seeking an Environmental Design Specialist to join our team at OWN, Inc. As a Landscape Architect, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from park renovations to urban revitalization initiatives.

Your responsibilities may include:
• Conducting site analysis, including assessing existing vegetation, topography, and soil conditions, to inform design decisions.
• Preparing conceptual sketches, detailed drawings, and technical specifications for projects using CAD and other design software.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and construction teams to integrate landscape designs with overall project plans.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
• 0-6+ years of experience in landscape architecture or a related field.
• A B.S. in Landscape Architecture or a related field.
• Licensed as a Landscape Architect (or ability to obtain licensure within 6 months).
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
