This role presents an excellent opportunity for a skilled Environmental Data Scientist to join our team in analyzing and interpreting complex environmental data sets. As a Hydrologic Technician, you will be responsible for reviewing and commenting on hydrologic analyses, assessing current and proposed conditions through data analysis and modeling, and developing technical memoranda to inform project impacts.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in hydrology, fisheries, or a related field, with experience working with machine learning algorithms, computer models, and GIS mapping software. You will work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to develop predictive models, analyze weather and hydrological data, and provide expert technical advice to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and assess current and proposed conditions using data and models

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in hydrology, fisheries, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience working with machine learning algorithms and computer models
• Experience working with GIS mapping software
