They ensure our service remains high-quality, efficient, and professional across all client sites.

• Maintaining monthly and annual site schedules and aligning crew capacity with program and project timelines
• Providing technical and practical guidance on ecological restoration techniques and methodologies
• Acting as the main point of contact for existing clients during active works
• Supporting depot organisation
• Reporting to the Business Development Manager (BDM) on upcoming workload, site priorities, and efficiency opportunities

What we’re looking for:
• A strong working knowledge of ecological restoration and weed management practices in SEQ
• Solid organisational and scheduling skills
• A confident communicator who’s professional, calm and clear
• Someone who can coach and support a team while taking direction well
• A person who values respectful communication, accountability, and ecological integrity

What’s required:
• Tertiary qualification in Environmental Management or Science
• White Card
• ACDC accreditation
• Chainsaw Level 1 & 2
• First Aid and CPR
• Manual driver’s licence

What’s on offer:
• $80K–$90K base salary (commensurate with experience)
• Mobile phone, and laptop
• Sunshine Coast-based role
• Time in lieu and flexible leave arrangements
• Balanced field and office work
• A supportive, down-to-earth team that genuinely values what we do

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on practical, hands-on delivery and is ready to take responsibility for operational coordination.

If this sounds like you, please send through your resume and a short cover letter (1–2 pages) outlining how your skills and experience align with the role.
