Qualifications and responsibilities for this Environmental Construction Project Manager position include:
• 5+ years of experience in project management within the environmental services industry
• Experience specifically with asbestos, lead, mold, or demolition is required
• Familiarity with project management tools like FieldFlo, Procore, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to lead and coordinate crews, subcontractors, and clients through all project phases
• Conduct pre-construction walkthroughs and inspections
• Maintain budgets, schedules, and documentation with attention to quality
• Collaborate with local office staff and leadership for smooth project execution
• Willingness to travel overnight occasionally for project needs

Salary: $70,000 - $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
