Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as an Environmental Conservation Manager at Mississippi State University. The successful candidate will have experience in environmental conservation, natural resource management, and extension education programming.

Main Responsibilities
• Develop and implement environmental conservation programs related to land and water conservation.
• Work with faculty, staff, and stakeholders to develop and deliver educational programs and training activities.
• Conduct research and collect data to inform environmental conservation efforts.
• Collaborate with local communities and organizations to promote environmental conservation practices.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:
• Masters Degree in a relevant field such as environmental science, agroecology, ecology, natural resources, agriculture, or conservation.
• At least 3 years of experience in environmental conservation, natural resource management, and extension education programming.
• Strong knowledge of environmental conservation principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
