Environmental Compliance Manager

EcoProfessions is seeking an Environmental Compliance Manager in Dubai, UAE. As an Environmental Compliance Manager based in Dubai for our confidential multinational corporation, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations comply with environmental regulations and standards. Your role involves managing environmental compliance programs, conducting audits, and promoting best practices to minimize environmental impact.

Key Responsibilities:
• Compliance Management: Develop, implement, and monitor environmental compliance programs to ensure adherence to local and international regulations.
• Audit and Inspection: Conduct regular environmental audits and inspections to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement.
• Regulatory Reporting: Prepare and submit regulatory reports and documentation required by government agencies and stakeholders.
• Risk Management: Identify and assess environmental risks, and develop strategies to mitigate potential issues.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to employees on environmental regulations and best practices.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Liaise with regulatory bodies, external auditors, and other stakeholders to address compliance issues and ensure smooth interactions.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Experience in environmental compliance management or a similar role within a multinational organization.
• In-depth knowledge of environmental regulations, standards, and compliance practices.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in environmental compliance management software and tools.
