Base pay range: $37,000.00/yr - $53,274.00/yr
About the Role We’re hiring and training Assistant Canvass Office Directors to make an impact on critical issues such as climate change, plastic pollution, air and water quality, and more. The role involves educating, engaging, and mobilizing the public across the country to support environmental solutions.
Responsibilities Educate and engage the public on environmental campaigns
Build support and fundraise for organizations like Environment America and PIRG
Hire, train, and manage your team
Work at various locations nationwide, with flexibility required
Qualifications Leadership experience, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to social change are essential. Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and meet campaign goals is required.
Training Comprehensive training includes hands-on canvassing experience and classroom learning on social change strategies. Advanced trainings are available throughout the year.
Locations Positions are available across multiple states, including Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Oregon, and Colorado, with potential for expansion to other states. Flexibility in location is necessary.
Compensation & Benefits The target annual salary ranges from $37,000 to $53,274, depending on location and position. Benefits include health insurance, paid sick and vacation leave, commuter benefits, 401(k) with employer match, parental leave, disability insurance, and potential student loan assistance.
