Job Overview

Marvin Windows and Doors is currently seeking a summer intern to join our Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) department at our Grafton, ND location. This opportunity will provide a variety of EHS experiences to include ergonomics, improvements to safety training methods, root cause analysis, incident management, implementation and sustainment of workplace 5S, and more.

Highlights of your role
• Ergonomic studies utilizing Humantech software;
• Creating and delivering safety training;
• Hazard recognition;
• Review implementation and sustainment of current 5S program;
• Promote employee engagement;
• Environmental agency reporting requirements & tracking.

You're a good fit if you have (or if you can)

Preferably, the student would have safety management system computer experience, an ability to work in team environments and exposure to lean manufacturing principles.
