Dominion Energy is seeking an Environmental & Sustainability Program Manager for IT/Technology in Richmond, VA. About the position
The Environmental Program Manager-IT/Technology at Dominion Energy is responsible for developing and implementing a technical support program for the Environmental and Sustainability (E&S) department. This role involves leading technology-related projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and managing interdependencies across projects. The manager will also serve as a subject matter expert, interacting with various staff levels and delivering change management procedures and training for new technologies.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement a technical support program for Environmental and Sustainability (E&S).
,
• Lead technology-related projects requiring advanced knowledge of security architecture and environmental requirements.
,
• Identify gaps and efficiency opportunities within E&S and develop technology solutions.
,
• Ensure project alignment with organizational strategic goals and manage interdependencies.
,
• Independently develop and maintain complex technology solutions using systems such as SharePoint, DomEnO, Nintex, and PowerBI.
,
• Deliver change management procedures and training for newly developed technology.
Requirements
• 7+ years of experience in environmental, information technology, business process tool development, and/or project management.

• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage projects from start to finish.
,
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
,
• Exceptional organization, planning, and decision-making skills.
,
• Demonstrated consensus-building and team-building skills.
,
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
,
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
,
• Ability to manage multiple work priorities and requirements simultaneously.

• Proficient in SharePoint, SharePoint Designer, Nintex Forms & Workflow, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat.
Nice-to-haves
• Basic programming in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, MS-SQL.

• Change Management experience.
