Hiring: Environmental Laboratory Head

We are seeking a experienced and detail-oriented Environmental Laboratory Head to lead our NABL-accredited environmental testing laboratory. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge in environmental chemistry, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of regulatory requirements (GPCB/CPCB/MoEF).

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage all lab operations for water, air, soil, and hazardous waste testing
• Ensure compliance with NABL, ISO/IEC 17025 standards, and environmental regulations
• Oversee method development, validation, and QA/QC procedures
• Supervise lab analysts, chemists, and technical staff
• Review and approve analytical reports before submission
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory bodies, and internal teams
• Maintain lab documentation, audits, and instrument calibration schedules

Qualifications

05-07 Years Experience as Technical Manager in NABL/MOEF approved environmental Laboratory.
