Job Description

Prologis is seeking an Environment Associate in Paris, France, to promote sustainability and protect the environment. The role involves developing environmental policies, conducting audits, researching regulations, and collaborating with teams to enhance sustainability efforts. Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Conduct regular environmental audits to assess and improve the company's environmental performance.
Research and stay updated on new environmental regulations and best practices to continuously improve our sustainability efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability into business operations.
Identify and implement opportunities for energy and resource conservation.
Monitor and track environmental data and prepare reports for senior management.
Conduct training and educate employees on environmental best practices.
Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as government agencies and environmental organizations.
Coordinate and lead environmental initiatives and events to promote sustainability within the company and the community.
Identify and mitigate potential environmental risks and hazards.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure they meet our environmental standards.
Participate in industry conferences and networks to stay informed on emerging environmental trends and technologies.
Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to promote our environmental efforts to external stakeholders.
Collaborate with real estate and construction teams to ensure sustainable design and construction practices.
Develop and manage budgets for environmental initiatives and projects.
