Salary Up to $200,000 + Bonus + Benefits + Paid Relocation to Indiana

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and direct the HESS functions
• Achieve and maintain all ISO certifications and ensure compliance with HSE regulations
• Develop strategic plans for HSE initiatives and facilitate change
• Coach and communicate HSE strategies to the team, ensuring everyone understands and complies with requirements
• Maintain accurate injury-illness records and ensure documentation meets corporate and OSHA guidelines.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in an EHS-related field preferred
• Experience: Minimum of 10 years of EHS / HESS related experience in heavy or industrial manufacturing
• Skills: Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills. Ability to build and sustain good working relationships and work effectively in a team environment.
