Senior HSE Advisor – Manufacturing | Onsite

Our client is seeking an experienced Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Advisor to lead HSE initiatives at a senior level within a manufacturing setting. This is a hands-on role for a confident communicator with deep OSHA expertise and a proactive approach to workplace safety.

Responsibilities
• Maintain and improve the HSE Management System and site-specific procedures
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA and local safety regulations
• Lead hazard identification, risk assessments, and corrective action plans
• Coordinate safety training programs and support team-wide HSE engagement
• Monitor and report safety metrics and recommend improvements as needed
• Investigate incidents and implement preventative measures
• Conduct regular safety audits and site inspections

Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health, Safety, or Environmental Management
• 5+ years of environment, health and safety leadership in a manufacturing environment
• Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and compliance
• Proven experience conducting risk assessments and leading safety investigations
• Skilled in safety training, communication, and stakeholder engagement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with SharePoint a plus
• Valid Driver’s License

Preferred
• Familiarity with NFPA 70E / Electrical Safety Standards
• Background in internal auditing and safety program development
