Responsibilities
• Collecting samples of soil, groundwater, and other environmental media in support of site investigation and remediation objectives.

• Installing monitoring wells, performing remediation monitoring and overseeing contractors.
,
• Assisting field investigations and providing construction oversight by following safety policies and a thorough understanding of specifications and thorough documentation of contractor activities and safety procedures.

• Assisting in the preparation of various regulatory submittals, technical memorandums, and/or engineering design reports.
,
• Managing, analyzing, evaluating, and interpreting data for use in reports and other visualizations including maps, charts, and 3D models.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in environmental engineering, geology, environmental science, or related field from an accredited program. M.S. preferred.
,
• 0-3 years of relevant experience.
,
• Experience working around construction equipment and/or in a construction environment.
,
• Familiarity with and a working knowledge of CERCLA, strongly preferred.
,
• Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, ArcGIS, CAD, or database software preferred.
,
• Detail oriented with excellent organizational, writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Nice-to-haves
• Experience in the development and implementation of project work plans, schedules, and budgets is a plus.
,
• Some surveying experience is a plus.
,
• Experience with programming languages is a plus (preferably Python, R, and/or SQL).
,
• 40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER training is a plus, but will train.
