Responsibilities
• Work on water and wastewater projects for municipal clients.

• Apply critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to project challenges.

• Engage in green infrastructure and stormwater collection/conveyance projects.

• Provide site/civil, process mechanical, and hydraulic design solutions.

• Collaborate with diverse teams and build relationships with clients.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.

• Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.

• No more than 1 year of consulting experience for municipal water and wastewater clients.

• Coursework concentration in civil, environmental, and/or construction engineering.

• Conceptual knowledge of process mechanical designs and wastewater technologies.

• Willingness to learn Jacobs' proprietary software tools.

• Ability to build relationships and resolve conflicts.
Nice-to-haves
• Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering.

• Experience with hydraulic analyses.

• Working knowledge of AutoCAD.

• Involvement in professional society organizations or community leadership roles.

• Prior internship experience in the water industry.
