As an Entry-Level Staff Engineer, you will join our Transportation Team in either our Westwood, MA or Woburn, MA office, where you'll play a key role in delivering vital infrastructure projects across the Northeast. Whether it's designing roads, bridges, or multimodal systems, we ensure our designs are sustainable, cost-effective, and forward-thinking.

What You'll Be Doing
• Playing a key role in reporting, including traffic impact and parking studies, design, functional design, and design exceptions
• Assisting with the preparation of contract documents, bid documents, technical specifications, and quantity/cost estimates
• Observing and inspecting construction projects, including traffic, parking, and roadway improvements for clients

What You Will Need
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
• Relevant experience through internships in surveying, engineering design, permitting, consulting, or construction observation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Eagerness to learn, intellectually curious, self-motivated, and excellent organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications
• Hands-on experience with design software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, or SolidWorks
• Completed FE or E.I.T. certification or planning to complete it by graduation
• 2 or more years of relevant internship or full-time experience

• Entry Level Staff Engineer- Transportation Engineering salaries range from $60,249 to $83,243, based on skills and experience
• Bachelor's degree salary is $75,088 and master's degree salary is $79,248
