Entry Level Solar Installer

Renewable Energy Services, Inc. is seeking an Entry Level Solar Installer in Honokaa, HI. Responsibilities:
• Assist with the installation of solar PV systems under the direction of experienced crew members
• Load and unload tools, equipment, and materials
• Prepare job sites for work, including staging and cleanup
• Perform roof work including layout, attachments, racking, and panel installation
• Support mechanical and electrical installation tasks as directed
• Follow safety protocols and contribute to a positive team environment
• Participate in daily huddles and receive feedback and direction
• Maintain a focus on hustle, safety, and learning the trade

Requirements:
• Willingness to learn and grow into a full-time trade position
• Comfortable working on rooftops, with ladders, and in physically demanding environments
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in heat or confined spaces
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Punctual and dependable with good communication skills
• Basic familiarity with tools and construction work a plus

• Pay: $20–$25/hour, based on prior construction experience and familiarity with tools

• Based out of our office in Honokaa, HI
