Entry Level Landscape Crew Member

Green Impact Landscape is seeking an Entry Level Landscape Crew Member in Taylors, SC. This role involves assisting with landscaping tasks such as planting, pruning, and equipment operation. No prior experience is required as on-the-job training is provided. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, be willing to learn, and enjoy outdoor work. The position is full-time with a pay rate of $16.41 per hour.

Responsibilities
• Assist with planting, pruning, mulching, weeding, and general maintenance of landscapes.
• Operate landscaping equipment and tools, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers, under supervision.
• Help with the installation of new landscape features such as flower beds, trees, shrubs, and hardscapes.
• Load and unload materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
• Follow instructions from the Landscape Crew Leader to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites and equipment.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Landscape Crew Leader or supervisor.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a huge plus!!!
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training will be provided.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Good physical condition and ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy objects.
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team.
• Punctual and reliable with good time management skills.
• Basic knowledge of landscaping practices and equipment is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
