Entry-Level Financial Analyst

Select Source International is seeking an Entry-Level Financial Analyst in North Chicago, IL, for a 9-12 month position. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 0-2 years of relevant experience. The first 90 days are 100% onsite, followed by a hybrid schedule of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote. Key responsibilities include documentation creation and support in transfer pricing calculations. Proficiency in Excel is essential.
Position: Entry-Level Financial Analyst
Location: North Chicago, IL US 60064
Duration: 9-12 months with possible extension

First 90 days: 100% onsite (Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM CT)

After training period (90 days): Hybrid – 3 days onsite and 2 days remote

Meeting Notes:

Excel test results required

Intermediate Excel include V-lookups, Pivot Tables, and basic other skills

Bachelor’s Degree required

Excel - Advanced Intermediate, pivot tables, formulations, filtering, VLOOKUP’s

Finance and Tax experience

audit, costing accounting experience

Finance background is highly desired

Documentation

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) experience (desired but not required)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities Include:
• Assist in creation of the documentation for ITPS System and Training Manual
• Support the preparing the documentation of transfer pricing calculations in accordance with tax rules, including information and data gathering, status calls with stakeholders.
• Support TP issuance for products in Planning process and Daily process
• Develop and deliver training to affiliates and headquarters finance groups

Qualifications
Basic:
• B.A./B.S. in Accounting, Finance or Management Information System required
•• 0-2 years of experience working in financial analysis, audit, costing accounting, or working in a global tax environment, experience in transfer pricing preferred. - open to various past work experiences, strong desire to learn and dev
• Strong critical thinking skills, applying transfer pricing concepts to differing fact patterns.
• Must possess strong attention to detail and have an exceptional analytical and quantitative background.
• Very strong organizational skill set with ability to prioritize, plan, work independently, implement projects and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
