As the Entry Level Account Executive, your responsibilities will include
• Developing new business — prospecting and fostering relationships
• Managing assigned territory effectively
• Educating homeowners on the benefits of switching to renewable energy
• Guiding customers through the enrollment process

Compensation Breakdown
• Minimum OTE based on performance - $36,000 - $58,000
• Performance bonuses
• PTO Package
• Federal holidays off

Since this is a customer-facing role, the Entry Level Account Executive will need to possess the following skills/work history
• Proven high-performance sales experience preferred
• Confident, assertive and quick-thinking
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated skills at building enduring customer relationships, strategic selling, attention to detail and organization
• Outgoing personality
