Entry Level Air Permitting & Regulatory Consultant

GT Environmental, Inc. (GT), an environmental consulting firm located in Columbus, OH, is seeking an Entry Level Air Permitting & Regulatory Consultant with less than 5 years of experience. GT assists industrial and government sector clients throughout Ohio and the Midwest with preparing permit applications, completing environmental reports, and complying with federal and state environmental regulations.

Applicants must possess the following qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, meteorology, atmospheric science, or environmental sciences.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time.
• Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs.

Applicants who possess the following additional qualifications will receive additional consideration:
• Experience with major new source review, Title V, synthetic minor, and minor source air permitting.
• Experience with state and federal air regulations.
• Experience conducting air emissions inventories.
• Experience with Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) Reporting.
• Experience with SARA Tier 2 Reporting.
• Experience with wastewater permitting.
• Experience with RCRA hazardous waste regulations.
• Professional Engineer (PE).
• Certified Hazardous Materials Manager (CHMM).
