Greentech Renewables is seeking an Entry Level Management Trainee in Saco, ME, for their booming solar equipment distribution business. This role requires a recent graduate with a bachelor's degree, strong negotiation skills, and a competitive mindset. The trainee will undergo 2+ years of comprehensive training across various locations, preparing them for leadership roles within the company. Some travel and diverse working conditions are expected.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be at least 18 years of age

Bachelors Degree or equivalent

Current, valid drivers license with acceptable driving record

Authorization to work in the United States

Some travel required

WORKING CONDITIONS:

Conditions vary based on the trainees current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods. Various segments will include some travel both by car and by air.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: No
