Engineering Lead for Renewable Energy Projects:

We are seeking a highly skilled civil engineer to join our team as an Engineering Lead for Renewable Energy Projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for directing and completing a wide range of design tasks associated with renewable energy site development designs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Leads and directs a team of engineers and technicians in the design and development of renewable energy site development designs.
• Provides technical expertise to ensure that the technical aspects of the project meet quality expectations.
• Collaborates with other civil engineers, design professionals and permitting specialists as well as architects and building engineers.
• Prepares civil infrastructure solutions for ground mounted solar arrays, battery energy storage systems, hydrogen fuel cell stations, reciprocating internal combustion engine plants, and biogas power generation.

Requirements:
• Registered Professional Engineer with current NCEES Record
• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing a wide variety of heavy civil projects, including commercial & residential site development and heavy highway transportation project
• Must be a reliable, efficient self-starter with initiative and a sense of responsibility
• Ability to communicate with others to convey information effectively, by telephone, in written form, email and in person
